Come join us for about an hour at lunch. This is a series of 6 lunchtime rendezvous to lighten your divorce stress. Get balance and sanity back in your life! Get tips on divorce stress reduction from Kat Forsythe, MSW, one of the top divorce recovery experts in the bay area. Share sanity saving secrets with other women in divorce just like you.
Thinking about divorce? This is an easy, casual place to get your questions answered from other women in the process.
Each session will have fresh, new information. This is an energizing, safe hour in your worried world where you can escape from anxiety, and learn the Snippets of Sanity from Kat. Plus, you’ll laugh and share stories and ideas with other women with the same challenges you have. What could be more fun and therapeutic at the same time?
Bring your lunch! We’ll have Dessert for you: chocolate chip cookies (of course), plus coffee, tea, or water. Only $10 per session for our inaugural series, and you can pay at the door but please register here so we know how many cookies to buy! Easy!
